Diahann Reyes-Lane is a writer and editor. A former CNN journalist magazine editor, and actor, her essays have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, Role Reboot, Elephant Journal, and other publications.
Her work, though not exclusive to these themes, often explores the intersections between female desirability, desire, the body, identity, and belonging. She has written a memoir and is currently looking for literary representation.
When not writing, she can be found reading one of the too many books continuing to pile up on her nightstand, playing pickleball outside in the high desert, or dreaming up ways to subvert the patriarchy.
After growing up in metropolitan cities all over the world, Diahann now lives in a mountain town in New Mexico with her husband and their clowder of cats.
